Texas State Technical College Harlingen is in operation and has students enrolled in degree programs.

Technical programs are clustered into one of four technical program divisions, in addition to a supporting general education division. The Vice President for Student Development, Servando J. Villarreal [Ref 3], oversees the enrollment of all TSTC's students while Pat Hobbs, Vice President for Student Learning [Ref 4], oversees the operation of degree programs and instructional delivery.
